Established in 2004 as SW Labour Solutions, we've been a pivotal player in the viticulture industry for over two decades. TeamsWork is the leading provider of working Teams servicing over 65 premium and commercial vineyard clients.
In recent years, our horizons have broadened. TeamsWork has extended our services and clientele beyond viticulture to encompass the horticulture and hospitality sectors.
The broadening of our business has resulted in our name change that better suits the meaningful contribution we strive to make to our clients, our employees, and the community—hence, TeamsWork was born!

As an accredited Approved Employer (AE) participating in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility scheme (PALM) for over a decade, TeamsWork takes great pride in our participation in this scheme. TeamsWork have welcomed hundreds of Pacific Island and Timor-Leste workers into our region.
TeamsWork employees make an invaluable contribution to our clients, local businesses, and local community. This in turn means our employees make an incredible difference to their own villages and island community's - this is at the heart of what we do and why we do!

Through PALM, TeamsWork have provided skilled and dedicated workers from these countries with opportunities to gain essential experience and earn income to support their families and communities back home.
