As the largest contractor in the region, TeamsWork are highly responsive to meeting the changing needs of our clients. We know we can't control the nature or the weather of each individual season, but we can and are highly responsive to meeting the changing needs of our clients. We value flexibility!
Many of our seasonal workforce have been coming back to our region for over ten years to work in the vineyards. They are highly experienced and led by a supervisory and vineyard management team with over 100 years of combined industry experience. We value experience!
Most of our work is done on a piece-rate basis, which encourages speed and efficiency for our clients. However, as a premium wine region, we also ensure that our demanding standards are maintained in every stage of the process. We value quality work!
The majority of our seasonal workforce is from the Pacific Islands or Timor Leste. Many have become like family, coming back year after year after year. It is important to us that their families and communities continue to benefit from their wages and the hard work and sacrifices they make. It is all about the people, the people, the people.
Most of our clients have been with us for over 10 years. We value partnerships, not transactional relationships, and work hard to ensure that we continue to have a lasting positive impact on our clients. We value relationships!.
